Site use information

Website visitors are not allowed to do anything which alters, interferes, or affects the working of the website. This includes removing anything from it, adding anything to it, and linking it to another website.

We monitor site usage by analysing information such as number of page views, types of browsers and operating systems used, and what pages people go to most. This helps us improve the site to give you the information, services and features you want. This information cannot be used to identify you individually.

Special-purpose documents

Throughout our website you may find documents and audio that requires special software to use, for example pdf documents that require adobe acrobat reader.  If you do not have the software you may find these features unavailable to you.

Changing text size

If you find the text hard to read on our site you can change the text size of your browser to suit your individual needs:

Firefox: hold down CTRL and press + or - to alter the text size

Internet Explorer: from the menu bar select 'View' >> 'Text size' and then your chosen size. If you have a mouse wheel simply hold down CTRL and roll the mouse wheel to alter the text size.

Netscape 6, Mozilla: hold down CTRL and press + or - to alter the text size, or from the menu bar select 'View' >> 'Text zoom'

Netscape 4: hold down CTRL and press [ or ] to alter the text size

Netscape 3: from the menu bar select 'Options' >> 'General preferences' >> 'Fonts' >> 'Choose font' to choose a text size

Opera: select 'View' >> 'Text size', then choose a text size. This will also enlarge graphics.
