The Free Speech Union's Jillaine Heather discusses the unwieldy timing, inconsistency and familiar overreach of the latest Broadcasting Standards Authority decision - this time a belated censoring of Newstalk ZB's Drive show.

The BSA continues in in its role until legislation repealing its governance provisions is passed into law, after the Government announced it would be dissolving the Authority in favour of a self-regulating approach simliar to print media.
