New Testament 365: A Daily Bible Journey

Broadcaster George Penk joins Andrew Urquhart to launch New Testament 365, a new daily podcast from Rhema Media starting 1 January. Co-hosted with Kat McCormack, each ten-minute episode will read and discuss a New Testament passage, working through the books out of sequence rather than cover to cover, beginning with the Gospel of Mark.

Penk explains the format is deliberately simple - a short reading followed by brief commentary and prayer - aimed at making daily Bible engagement accessible rather than overwhelming. Rather than unpacking every theological detail, he and McCormack will focus each day on a single key verse and idea, exploring what it meant to its original audience and how it applies as practical "good news" for Kiwi Christians living as followers of Jesus today ([www.rhema.co.nz](https://www.rhema.co.nz)).
