Your Chance to Submit on NZ Slavery Bill

A call to go beyond just reporting, and require real change. 

New Zealand's Modern Slavery Bill passed its first reading in April and the Education and Workforce Committee is accepting public submissions on it until the close of day Thursday 28 May.  With forced labour and human trafficking being a regional threat and worldwide issue, TearFund's Head of Advocacy, Claire Grey, encourages New Zealanders to ask for greater accountability wherever businesses identify risks and instances of exploitation in their supply-chain.
